SOUTHWATER DC has its roots in decades of experience in the high end residential market, dealing with demanding Clients as well as other actors in the building process. We have gathered a substantial amount of information on the project proceedings, from initial meetings to handover, noting where the problems lie within it, affecting the Client's experience.
Our years of professional knowledge originates from our architectural background, focused on exclusive residences in London, Surrey and West Sussex, and extensive collaboration with other professionals. We also have experience on properties abroad with prime residences in Dubai, Bahrain and Abu Dhabi. Our work serves wealthy private Clients, always respecting their privacy, maintaining full discretion and personal high standards.
Founded by a fully qualified RIBA ARB Architect with a lengthy uninterrupted experience in the field, over two decades of which was spent at an award winning London studio eventually becoming the Director of Architecture, our services benefit from a holistic perception of the project process, whilst putting the Client and their interests at the very core of our focus.
